For an organization to achieve its objective, it should employ force field analysis tools that enable anyone to formulate forces that resist a desired change and the forces that are for change (Dale, 1999). These help a managers in determining the degree of complexity a change makes and the exact area where the effort is needed. Therefore, an organization will produce a large profit, which is the core objective of a business enterprise.Business enterprise should learn to prioritize task by considering various factors such as urgency. Prioritization matrices help to prioritize possible actions, issues, or tasks by taking to consideration agreed guidelines. In spite of the fact that this tool is not used in decision making, it ensures that logical decisions of an organization are reached effectively and efficiently and products and services being produced are of high quality. It is also used in evaluating various factors such as urgency of a product.For the company to remain compe titive in the market, its employees should be innovative. They should come up with new ideas through various means such as research and brainstorming (Porter, Parker, 1993). Brainstorming is a process where any person requests participants to suggest solutions of certain problems without the assessment of the usefulness or correctness of the idea. Examples of such ideas include the blind suggestions, rotating suggestions or open suggestions. Another tool that would be the benefit of an enterprise is a contingency plan. Failure by an organization to implement this plan would lead to closure, degradation, or loss of the competitive merits in the market. It is where an enterprise fails to take into account the anticipated reasons such as natural calamities and accidents (Porter, Parker, 1993). Through formulating an efficient and effective contingency plan, an organization will make a profit, which is the core objective of any enterprise.In any sense that an organization fails to i dentify the cause of a certain problem, it may lead to loss. Therefore, an organization has no option, but to cause analysis tool that asks a series of questions, i.e. (why) until a person identifies the cause of a defective product.
